The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a large bathroom for a single room. The breakfast was excellent too.
I liked the central position of the Pension in the old town being a 5 to 10 minute walk to all main sights in the old town and only a 20 minute walk from the railway station. It was a lovely place to stay on my return to Rothenburg odT after 20 years.
It's not a dislike but like a lot of small German Pensions there is no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. Although, the owner did carry my case up for me.

The host was very enthusiastic and cheerful, which made us feel very welcome. The room was a bit dated and basic but very clean, with crispy sheets and good mattresses. The location is excellent, it’s just a short walk to all hustle and bustle.
Some noise in the hallway from other guests during the night. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, it consisted of some low-end bake-off rolls and cheap jam and cheese.
