Breakfast spread was amazing, they had everything plus more that can be requested that’s it already on buffet menu. Staff was extremely polite and professional. Even the housekeeping staff Pydamma and Lakshmi were friendly and helpful, kept the rooms clean every day. Room had amazing sea view.
Main reason we chose this over other hotels or stays was that it was a beachfront property. But we were so disgusted by the amount of rubbish on the beach along the The Park property. When asked if any staff is going to at least clean it up, everyone said municipality would do that. But we did wish there was one or two staff on beach duty. Every guest was enjoying the sea view from inside the fence but none would spend any quality time on the beach sand right outside the property. There was also maybe a nala bringing in municipal garbage into ocean and the ocean currents/high tides bringing it back to the shore. It was so so disappointing that we spent mornings and evenings at other neighbour beaches instead of the beach adjoining the hotel. Unless the management steps up and does its part in keeping their beach front clean, we don’t see a reason to come back again to this property. All positives of Park couldn’t outweigh this disappointing reality of trashy beach.
