Breakfast was very good, catering for vegan options as well as a large range of other foods. Staff were friendly and helpful, as you would expect staff to be. The system of leaving "Do not disturb" on the door when you don't want your room cleaned is good.
There was no one at reception when we arrived at 10pm, and it took several attempts to contact someone. This wasn't a huge imposition, but when you arrive after a day's travelling, you just want to get to your room, not spend more time trying to contact someone. The same happened on check-out. The reason given was that the staff divide their time between the other three hotels owned by the same people. My thinking: If you have so many hotels, you're making enough money to afford to pay for a full-time staff member on reception.
I found the area very noisy, due to it being in "Swedish week" and many tourists, many groups of young and possibly drunk people. Next time, I'll stay outside the tourist centre and just visit it.

The location was perfect easy to get to from the terminal and great access to restaurants and attractions. Staff were great and the breakfast was a great way to start your day.

Everything! We were staying in the annex and there was also a kitchen with all possible kitchen equipment you can think of. And also a waching machine for clothes in the bathroom. The beds were excellent!
I loved everything! If you have problems with stairs, the rooms upstairs are not suitable for you.

Beautiful, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Very spacious. Great breakfast included in rate and taken in the hotel. Easy and quick to walk to from ferry. Central to Visby.
The noise from the bars /nightclubs in the street 2 floors below. Dreadful. Goes on until after 2am and gets even louder at weekend. This area of Visby appears to be party town . If you're not a party animal, between age of 16 and 30, best avoided. Also badly designed headboard in main bedroom. Looks great but very easy to bang your head on.
