the room was incredible great view of the northern lights while in bed. The perfect way to celebrate our engagement. the day before. Beautiful resort we were only there for one night would happily come back and stay longer.
Some very minor dislikes:
some of the luggage transport sleds we used needed to be repaired
Found it quiet difficult to control the light settings in the room, perhaps another nights stay and I would have cracked it

Beautiful place, nice and comfortable accommodation, tasty (and almost all lactose free and mostly gluten free) food, friendly staff
Except quite cold weather (- 35°- -28°C) that partially limited stay outside , NOTHING.

Made for foreigners not accustomed with winter and snow.
Good for groups, not for individuals.
List prices high to give virtual discounts for groups.
More options for self served activities incl lunch boxes etc.
Better selection in the in-house convenience store since all other shops are 40+ km away.

The position of the hotel is perfect. You will find yourself in the absolute silence of wilderness beauty.
We found absurd the need to pay 10€/night (or 30€/stay) for the Aurora alert. People visiting are clearly there to see the northern lights, and from a 4star hotel this should be complementary
$$$$
