This is 2nd time that we stay in the hotel. The hotel stuff are always polite, so welcoming and also professional. Breakfast is very good. The location is great, it’s in the busy area which is great you can find something to eat or drink or finding somewhere for chilling at some bar&cafe easily, yet it’s quite enough in the hotel room.
Just I can say as advice; there were nowhere to hang our wet towels and our beachwear in our room. It was just in our room I think because I saw the rooms that have balcony and surely somewhere to hang your wet stuff.

1)The hotel is at a great location, a stone's throw away from the centre of town, restaurants, shops etc and a ~10 min walk from the Tsamakia beach, which is the only real beach Mytilini has. 2)The buildings and courtyard are beautiful, 3)The breakfast includes a great selection of Greek delicacies. 4)Members of staff were pleasant and polite.
1)The hotel is advertised as a "roofgarden / pool bar" and the main reason we chose to pay the very expensive price compared to other facilities in the area was the pool. The pool is tiny which is fair enough but also a)not clean, i.e. full of bugs that the birds swoop down to eat, b)the bar is closed and, there is no music or anything else to make it qualify as a "roof garden". 2) The hotel was mainly manned by 1 member of staff behind reception. There is no bar as such, so despite the pleasant space in the garden where they could play some mild music and serve drinks, e.g. to wait while your partner is getting ready which is not much to ask from a 4 star hotel, the feeling was more akin to "The Shining" as in a ghost hotel which barely functions despite the fact it was full of guests. 3) Even though we booked months in advance and did not have any option in terms of rooms that I recall,, we got the most basic tiny room, perhaps one of the few without a balcony.4) The bathroom door kept getting stuck, 5) The shower worked in fits and bursts, 6) the safe stopped working and we were told to use a pin that did not include the first row of digits, 7) we got 2 bottles of water once in 7 days, 8)overall, even though it is not a bad hotel it's definitely not worth £1000 for 7 nights and I would marginally call their promotion false advertising. 9) To top it all off, when I asked them to book a taxi for the airport I was reassured with abundant confidence that "all taxis in the area accept payment by card" and yet the taxi that picked us up, apart from speeding and overtaking multiple cars illegally, denied payment by card using the classic excuse that "the POS does not work" and we had to to argue with airport authorities who were shouting that we can't stop there while trying to find an ATM machine.
