Great location in an interesting part of London close to the bus. The apartment is new and well-maintained. It has a fridge, a coffee maker and all the equipment you need to make your own breakfast of a simple meal. There is no AC, but a fan and an iron. As it is so high up it is safe and quiet.
Climbing up all those steep staircases is a problem for many people especially when you have to carry heavy luggage. I would not recommend it for families with small children or older people.
The flat is somewhat spartan and probably very hot in summer.

Safe to walk to at night, really lovely location.
Holland Park is the closest tube stop. Can be a bit of a creepy walk at night. Much safer walk from next stop at Notting Hill

Good sized room and in a good location.
Bathroom was not clean and needed renovated, mouldy silicon around the shower etc.
