Clean, modern hotel. Great breakfast. Good value and location.
Unbelievably, the name of this hotel is different from the name on Booking.com. On the signage it’s called ‘hotels Tierra del Fuego’ this confused us and the staff on the check in did not explain why and seemed grumpy. The hotel has thin walls and is used by large tour groups which fill the lobby and make check in difficult. Hotel felt impersonal and staff not helpful.

The rooms are big. The heating works well and the bathroom is also big.
Wifi is very slow.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathrooms were dated, with mould on the ceiling. The floors were aged and lifting.
The breakfast was disorganised and limited.
Level 1 didn’t have a view.
Elevator was a challenge with only a couple of people at any one time.
