It was like stepping back in time at your grandmas house. Paneling and antique furniture. Clean and cozy. Great location to mystic and Foxwoods!

The house is good value for money—not fancy, but fully functional, clean and comfortable. This is in a residential neighborhood in short driving distance to tourist destinations in Westerly or Stonington. Business district is a 15-minute walk along a busy Route 1, so we didn’t find the restaurants to be within “walking distance” as advertised. A good location for exploring western RI and eastern CT.

This was our 2nd stay for our visit to Ninigret Park & The Rhythm & Roots festival. Great location that allowed us to have some space instead of a hotel.
As always, definitely recommend renting with Dan at his place! Clean & comfortable and easy to check in!

My young family and in laws had an absolutely lovely stay. The house is cosy but plenty of room for four adults and two small children. With bathrooms on each floor and air conditioners in each room, comfortable beds, and all the household items you need, we felt very at home. We loved the area - easy distance to beaches and attractions, with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

Great property, check in was easy. Quiet neighborhood, all the comforts of home. Beautiful backyard and deck. Awning was nifty to stay out of sun and rain. No complaints

Property had everything needed plus for a great stay. A/C inside and large deck outside with very nice grill for cooking.
15 minutes from beaches, Mystic CT, shops and restaurants. Wished I had made the trip longer....it felt comfortable and very homelike.

Will definitely stay again. Location was great, on a dead end so there was no traffic on the road. House was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Ring a native of Westerly, location of house is perfect when coming home for a visit. Dan was very responsive. Now that I have lived in the south so long I forgot most homes in that area don’t have A/C . Lol. However being that the evenings this time of year are cool it was very comfortable sleeping with the windows open. No road noise or neighbor noise at all. Back deck is perfect to sit on in the evenings especially with the awning. Overall great little home , great location . Little updating of a few things would drive a higher price for the house for sure so I was on staying in my grandma’s like type house. Very comfy.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here with another couple. Picture walking in to your Grandmother’s cottage where nothing has been done for years. There are a lot of personal photos and belongings in this house which I’m not used to in a VRBO. All and all, it was fine for a weekend.

The only confusing part was when using google maps we had to call the owner. We are from out of state and did not know Pawtucket was part of Stonington so we were unable to find the house without having to call the owner.

The back deck was an area we were able to use for every meal, there were no mosquitos and it was great area with all the flowers!
