Checking in was fine.
The apartment is well equipped. My priority in booking was central location, but walkable from train station, balcony and a washing machine (travelling around for an extended period).
The location is perfect. The flat is in a well kept building and despite being centrally located, the apartment is silent!!
Arriving by train, we walked through the shopping centre and park to get to the flat - 10 mins.
The beds are comfortable and the shower fine. The seating was comfortable and the kitchen offered ample facilities for a short stay. We were grateful for the dishwasher tablet as we had none with us.
I'd recommend this flat to anybody and I would look out for Sleeping in Krakow as a rental company. This flat is very good.
The only thing I can find is that the dining chairs were noisy on the kitchen floor and would benefit from dining chair leg protectors.

Towels and supplies were inadequate. Beds and couches were too low. Directions to get to the unit in the building were inadequate

Great location within easy walking distance of main square. Clean apartment with some ammenities. Prompt response to queries. Helped with airport transfer.
Confusing to enter. Air conditioning did not work and lift was out of action for 2 days. Repeatedly asked for same information.
