Had everything I needed. Mario brought breakfast to the room everyday. There was a balcony to sit at and a place to do washing. The air conditioning was good. Room was cleaned every 2nd day. Everything was taken care of. Mario went out of his way and helped me bring my luggage up and then down when I left - he left the gym early to do this for me. It was a easy walk to the old town and to the marina.

Mario is very kind and helpful host. The terrace is great for light night chill.
Wifi is slow. :( AC needs to be ON all day, otherwise it will be too hot.

Very good location, near bus stops, supermarkets and Lido beach.
Good breakfast with cheese, ham, juice, toast, yogurt…
Confortable room.
Mario is an excelent host, i would definetely come back.

Comfortable room with a nice terrace, overlooking the city.
But the best thing about the place is the owner, probably the nicest host in Sardinia.
There is no breakfast, but all the utensils you neef to prepare one yourself.
It would be nice to have a coffee machine though
$$$$
