I stayed for one night and I am a returning customer because I always have a great experience here. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and communicative. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. Everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

We loved the quirky style of this hotel! The room size was quite small, but had everything we needed in it. The TV was great - it was huge and made our 3 year old feel like she was at the cinema in bed! The staff were all very friendly, and the lady on reception in the evening helped me get 2 more pillows for our room. We loved the breakfast, especially the 'boil your own eggs' station! The food was delicious and there was lots to choose from. The kid's play area room was a fantastic addition, and we loved that there was a luggage trolley! It was a great stop off on our journey, and very close to a shopping mall and restaurants.
The only thing we can think of is that the TV sound was a bit "tinny" and we had to turn it up louder to be able to hear it.
