Staff are really helpful, really good location and would like to stay more, I already planned to go next year. I really recommend this place. There is washing machine and dryer. Rooms are really comfortable.

The furniture is so old

Hotel is in top position, right in city center you cannot find a better one. 3 minutes walking and you’re in the main street (nightlife). Swimming pool is nice, big enough for every body and with warm water. Bar is super! Nice young staff to speak with and honest prices for cocktails. Also food is recommended, medium price and good quality. Available parking on request. Very good prices overall. Manager is available to listen to your request and to help you.

Building is getting old, not a fancy hotel. This is not properly a drawback depends on your needs and your budget. Around 30% of customers were families. My bed was so and so, no god no bad.

The facilities and pool were amazing, 24 hour bar and restaurant, super friendly staff and very close to Aiya Napa's main strip. Room was equipped with a full kitchenette and fridge. Would recommend for a holiday with friends but not a family destination.

It wasn't the best room, only one bedroom had air conditioning. Very hard to sleep in the other room. Very noisy area since its proximity to the main strip, has both pros and cons. However if you're looking for that holiday I would recommend this accomodation.

Staff were very friendly. Our apartment was big, clean and right next to the pool area. Great location near some good restaurants and the nightlife.

Good central location nearby many Nightclubs and bars

We were located in a seperate building which is old and there was no renovation over many years. It wasn‘t clean. The furniture ugly and old. The restroom old. The air conditioning not adjustable. We checked in late and we don’t want to discuss about a room change. In this part of the hotel were alle the young party kids from UK and they were very loud and crying during the night till the early morning. No curtain to close the window at the front area, so it‘s bright in the room when the sun goes up. It has a feeling like a cheap love hotel. We were there only for 1 night because we wanted to have a look at the nightlife. We wanted to sleep after 4am but it wasn‘t possible. Maybe there are better rooms in the other buildings. Idk, but if you look here for shortime staying and you get a room in this buidling where the parking area down under is you better leave. Breakfast unacceptable, only eggs with beans, sausage and toast. If you want something more you have to pay for it. Only the pool area with the bar is ok and clean. The stuff was very friendly

Staff were amazing, great value for money and a fantastic breakfast to cure the hangovers! Couldn’t have asked for more.
