La posizione, le dimensioni della stanza il terrazzo e la totale indipendenza data dall'assenza dello staff di reception.
2 camere su 3 che abbiamo prenotato presentavano problematiche con la doccia. In una di queste la porta era staccata, nell'altra il dolcino schizzata ovunque.

Bon rapport qualitĆ©/prix pour un logement situĆ© Ć proximitĆ© du centre historique de Brescia. Facile d'accĆØs, places de stationnement (payantes) Ć proximitĆ©. Remise des clefs facile par une personne trĆØs agrĆ©able et Ć l'Ć©coute.
Quartier proche de la gare, sans rƩel attrait si ce n'est la proximitƩ du centre.

La clim pas trĆØs efficace avec cette forte chaleur surtout dans la salle principale,pas de chance le distributeur de boissons fraĆ®ches Ć©tait en panne,la pression de la douche trĆØs moyenne,une chaleur Ć©touffante dans notre salle de bain, cette chambre d hĆ“tes Ć beaucoup de qualitĆ© mais aurait besoin d un bon rafraĆ®chissement,le prix est trĆØs raisonnable,les alentours ne sont pas rassurant mais la propriĆ©taire n y est pour rien, parking sĆ©curisĆ© Ć cĆ“tĆ© un peu cher..
