The hotel is too much more stirred, without lift with luggage is difficult for oud people,

We asked for fruit to be added to the breakfast and it was done for the duration of our stay.
The staff were very accommodating. Flasks of coco tea were available always.
Walking distance to centre of Cusco.
On our arrival, there was only one young person to help us with our luggage and to check in. We were a group of 10.
And we were taken through the back door which made the hotel to be in not a good area as it seemed to be in an old and neglected area.
However their front door which we found the following day, led to several shop and restaurants in a beautiful popular and lively part of the town.
It's a shame that we didn't see this to get a good first impression of the hotel.

Location has a great view but it is a little far away from the main plaza or plaza de armas.
Old, not good maintenance.
