The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings, with wonderful views and a lovely pool and garden area.
The Staff were kind and helpful.
Spa, with a panorama sauna.
Considering the price level and category of the hotel, we expected a significantly higher standard overall:
Breakfast: There was no fresh juice, the choice of fruit was very limited (mainly apples and brown/overripe bananas), and on the third morning there was not even any plant-based milk available. For the price we paid, we would expect more.
The Wi-Fi did not work.
Food: Food is average. The Wiener Schnitzel from the children's menu was extremely thick, tough, and chewy. It was one of the worst Schnitzels we have ever had.
Lunch: Water, coffee, and tea were not included with lunch and had to be paid for separately. Given the overall price level of the hotel, this felt rather disappointing.
Facilities: The indoor pool was quite basic, while the gym offered very little equipment.
Bathroom amenities: Conditioner and body lotion, etc were not provided. No water pressure in the shower.
Family accommodation: For a family of four, the additional sleeping arrangement was an opened sofa bed, which was quite uncomfortable.
Service: While most staff members were friendly and welcoming, one waiter was noticeably rude, which unfortunately left a negative impression.
