We visited for one night and occupied two rooms, each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom (we had #2 and #3) was beautifully decorated with a sofa, table, comfortable chairs, two twin beds forming a queen. The furnishings were solid wood, interesting, unique, and substantial. The bathrooms were large, well-supplied. The water pressure was very good. The accommodations were sparking clean.
Guests have access to an equipped kitchen with several small tables, a coffee/espresso machine, a microwave, toaster, fridge, and more. Coffee and tea supplies were provided along with an assortment of fresh fruit.
The view from Pension Nostalgie was lovely. It is amidst the old town, but still just a 10 minute walk from the bus station.
Communication was very good and staff were definitely quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were stream-lined and easy. The rates, services, and accommodations make this property a very good value. We appreciated being able to drop our bags off before check-in and leave them for a few hours after check-out.
On top of all this, the vibe was magical. It is a property that tells a story.
We would stay here again, in a heartbeat. Loved it!

While not an issue for us, this property is not well-suited for someone with mobility challenges.

Fabulous suite nr.3. The best view of the old town. Clean and spacious. Good coffee machine and selection of teas. Huge kitchen also with fab view. Easy communication with Vladimir. HOUSE WITH A HISTORY.VEEY MUCH RECOMMENDED.10 OF 10..❤️❤️❤️

Vladimir is the benchmark for hosting. Very responsive, helpful, friendly and his breakfast recommendations are superb! He also helped us booking taxis twice as our train was very late.
