Staff were responsive and the room was clean and quiet.
We came after hours and no one was there to check us in. It took a little while to get someone to tell us the code for the key.

Delightful person who showed me my room, quiet, & clean, comfy.
Finding the fridge in the breakfast room...although very obvious, when found, I had to tell 5 other guests it was there!

My room had dirty cutlery and a used bottle under the bed
