To nie był mój pierwszy pobyt tutaj. Tym razem dostałam bardzo przestronny i komfortowy pokój, z dużą łazienką. Śniadanie było świetne i różnorodne, a pracownicy bardzo mili i pomocni.
Niestety tym razem zakwaterowano mnie w pokoju, który miał wspólne drzwi z sąsiednim pokojem, w którym również przebywali goście. Przez brak izolacji akustycznej w tych drzwiach rozmowy z sąsiedniego pokoju były bardzo głośno słyszalne i trwały nawet po godzinie 22:00. Pukanie do drzwi niestety nie pomogło.
Dodatkowo sąsiedzi mieli psa, który często szczekał i wył. Nie chcąc tego, stałam się również świadkiem bardzo intymnych sytuacji z sąsiedniego pokoju — odgłosy były wyraźnie słyszalne u mnie w pokoju.
Nie rozumiem, dlaczego goście są zakwaterowywani w pokojach ze wspólnymi drzwiami, skoro taka konstrukcja praktycznie uniemożliwia zachowanie prywatności i spokoju.

We booked a balcony room with breakfast included and would book the same again for a future visit. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. It was convenient to have breakfast provided daily. The property was a 15 minute walk to the Nowy Targ town center. The property is a good value for the price.
The property does not have air conditioning so it would be ideal to have screens on the doors/windows when open for a fresh breeze.

The initial room that was provided to us for in a very bad shape. Upon requests they offered us a better room for the last night but the initial 2 nights stay were really bad. The management should do something to maintain the rooms in order.

Very tasty coffee, good scrambled eggs. Pet friendly!
Cigarettes smoke smell in the room, the circus and the new buolding in front ruoned the view from balcony, from circus was aditional noise..
after these 2nights we went to Ibis hotel same town for same price which was comfier beds, good smell, big good breakfast, and swiming pool included for same price…
