Nice rooms and concept of the hotel
Indoors pool and jacuzzi didn’t work. Neither outdoors pool. Customer service is none existent. Food taking 1+ hours to be cooked in restaurant. Breakfast was cold with banitsa most likely cooked the night before. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8am, so if going with small child that wakes early there is no breakfast available in good time. Booked massage but they forgot to call the masseur. Room wasn’t cleaned even once for 5 days not bedding or towels changed. There was special evening on 24 May with loud music until 22:45 that you could hear in the rooms so my child wad disturbed.
