Good location. Food good but not exceptional. Staff very good
Room 11 was very cramped. Separate toilet and shower but both too small to swing a cat in

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower room was excellent too. We didn't have breakfast.

The location is perfect for exploring, staff were friendly, parking was good, payment arrangements were fine. Our first night was England in the world cup but there was no noise interference coming from the Bar into our room
The attic bedroom was up two flights of stairs (39 steps) so suggest this is emphasised to those of us with bad knees. The room was pleasant and clean but we only had 12 inches of sky and 40 inches of slate roof as a view, as this was by a lovely river bend I had expected more. The menu was restricted on our first night.
Breakfast tho freshly cooked was slow arriving at the weekend. I am a regular traveller and unfamiliar with a plastic milk bottle being brought to the table to fill the milk jug. There was no side plate or clean knife for the toast which was cold.
In the bathroom the sanitary bin was not emptied until our last night and there is no power point close to a mirror so using a hairdryer and styling hair was a bit hit and miss.
