The room was spacious with plenty of tea and coffee. Lots of toiletries available. Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows!
A very cosy living room I wish I could have spent longer in! Breakfast was exceptionally good. Lots of choice, well cooked and presented. Free parking was a bonus. Communication with the hosts prior to checking in was superb. Late check in instructions were detailed and worked flawlessly. Hosts were very accommodating when asked if our son could join us for breakfast which was much appreciated.
The room was a little tired looking. It didn’t bother me but a lick of paint to freshen it up maybe? Could have done with a thicker duvet as we are soft southerners who feel the cold!

The guest house had ample parking and was in a great location to walk to the city centre.
Room was on the small side but adequate for our length of stay. The bed was comfortable and got a great night's sleep although my partner kept banging his head of the window ledge as the bed was situated directly under.
Breakfast was great. We did not have a cooked breakfast menu but you could just ask l, nothing was a problem. I especially liked the fact that they had my detox tea which was a delight.
The house was a bit dated and could do with some redecoration.

IT WAS A VERY BASIC ROOM BUT COMFORTABLE.HOST WAS VERY KNOWLEGEABLE AND HELPHFUL.IT WAS A LOVELY 20 MINUTE WALK TO TOWN CENTER.
THE GUST HOUSE WAS A LITTLE RUN DOWN AND IN NEED OF A LICK OF PAINT. ALSO NO BREAKFAST WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE ESPECIALLY FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID.

Location was great! 20 minute walk to town. Room was spacious, spare towels and coffee,milk etc were easy to access so you didnt have to bother the host.
Very quite in the property, could not hear other guests.
Value for money for sure. You get what you pay for.
On a main road was noisy at night especially when you need the window open due to it being hot. If i had a room out the back Instead of the front I think i would have slept better. Not the host fault tho, thats a me problem 😅
