The location and the view were amazing. Sleep with the windows open to take in the breathtaking night views.
What I didn't like was the Restaurant at the hotel, they keep serving us in glass ware with chips, that even cut my upper lip when I was having my coffee on 7-7-26, I reported the issue to the server and they didn't even flinch. They didn't even replace my coffee mug or offer me additional coffee in another cup. They simply took my coffee mug away.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant on the rooftop that allowed you to see the entire city at night. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Location, restaurant, breakfast, parking.
Noisy neighbourhood, restaurant next door had a party until 3am. It’s Mexico!

The location was exceptional. Stunning views! Easy walk to the center (locado). Nice restaurant where we had breakfast.
The first room we were given didn’t have A/C. It did have a tower fan which we used. Hot water was in short supply
and i lost water in the middle of my shower. Also, there was mold in the shower. The WiFi kept going in and out.
We were moved to a better room with was nice. No hair dryer in the room. They may have supplied one but we didn’t ask. Looks like they are in the process of updating the rooms. The front desk helped us with transportation back to the Mexico City Airport which was very helpful since Uber does not operate in Taxco.
