A localização é muito boa. Tem comércio e serviços muito perto. Proximidade da praia. Sossego do aldeamento. Simpatia do funcionários. Estacionamento com garagem para cada apartamento. Disponibilidade e atenção da D. Mónica.

Armários do apartamento mal conservados. Lavatório muito pequeno com uma prateleira em vidro mesmo por cima do lavatório que não permitia fazer a higiene sem que a água fosse para o chão. Mesa do terraço muito degradada, com o plástico ressequido e partido. A falta de conservação do chão da piscina. Faltavam muitos azulejos no fundo da piscina.

Parking, bed was comfortable.

Shower old fashioned and spilled on to floor. No kettle, coffee maker or hair dryer. Only one bedside lamp . Outside around pool did not reflect pictures. Old furniture, pool was dirty and garden full of weeds. Place around the pool was not brushed or hosed. Distance to sea seems longer than stated. The wind howled outside the apartment door.
