Great breakfast, close to the beach, very beautiful rooms. The views were gorgeous!
It was a bit expesnive for what it was. There was construction by the pool which made hanging by the pool a bit awkward with the construction guys hanging around. WiFi was awful.

Gostamos de tudo. Com foco na localização próximo a praia do Julião (uma surpresa muito boa) e o excelente café da manhã! A limpeza também é algo a se destacar, pois arrasam muito.
Apenas a iluminação do quarto que é bem fraca e as escadas que junto com a localização da pousada quando voltamos a pé fica bem cansativo kkk mas isso nem conta comparado as coisas boas :)

The pousada is an older one, on the low part of a hill and only a short walk to the beach. Its small swimming pool is pleasant. Breakfast was good and served in a bright room with a nice view. The property is close to the main road, so there is some traffic noise, most noticeable at night and some neighbours have noisy dogs. Our first floor room was of a good size with a balcony and pleasant view towards the sea. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The number of issues with our room was a disappointment and we provided feedback at checkout. Our bedroom and bathroom had very dim lighting and additionally there were no bedside lamps, one side of the double bed was without a bedside table, furniture was stained or damaged, a coffee table on the balcony had no top (just a set of legs) so it was useless, the bedcover was old with holes in it, the curtains did not block the daylight, the fridge was old and very noisy, the so-called smart TV was too old to support Netflix and Amazon apps, the bathroom sink had no hot water, the shower was weak (the shower head had not been cleaned in a long time) with only lukewarm water.
