Desayuno incluido muy bueno y buena ubicación del hotel prácticamente en el centro de Coatepec.
En lo personal nada nos desagrado. Algunos amigos que pagaron una habitación de menor costo, no les agradó que hubiese solo una cama en una especie de tapanco, pues sentían inseguridad al subir y bajar las escaleras, principalmente en la noche.
