Superb

Fantastic place 😀, great views from are bedroom window ,loads of walking 🚶‍♂️ on the doorstep,smugglers wine bar is a short walk away down the hill into robin hoods bay and is relaxing and they do great pizzas 🍕 home made .

Hotel and staff were excellent , orangery restaurant (plus view over the bay) were superb.

Struggled with stairs. Superb old building but no lift.

Our whole experience of our first stay at the Victoria Hotel was very welcoming and enjoyable.

Breakfast was excellent and served in the beautiful Orangery overlooking the Bay. Service and staff were very good too.

Only having a Lift the the first and second floor.

Overall a great stay the location is fantastic and staff and food excellent shame about room .

Excellent food fantastic view and service friendly and polite .Staff all excellent

Unfortunately we had to move Room as The one we had booked was noisy and we were charged extra for an alternative room which we thought was unfair .The bedroom mattress was also uncomfortable .

lovely cosy night away.

very comfortable. super friendly staff. we didn’t have a sea view, our window (family room) overlooked the car park at the front, but this was still a spectacular view of the surrounding hills!

absolutely Amazing stay

the location of the property, also the room delivered what it said it’s would a n amazing sea view. Also excellent service from all staff. Micheal the waiter remembered that we came to eat there in October & give amazing service.Also where able to get some food even when the kitchen had finished amazing .

The only thing the room had no heating control.

Lovely outside seating, ideally situated, beautiful views overlooking the bay. Breakfast choice was very good. Helpful staff.
