Excellent hotel with great hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spotless, and the facilities were very good. The staff made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. We had a very pleasant experience and would love to return in the future.

My stay here was such a wonderful experience! A beautiful, authentic inn, lovely garden and a very attentive and absolutely wonderful staff. The vibe was relaxed and homey. The location is perfect; easy walking distance from the tram, to museums, restaurants and shopping. At the same time, it feels tucked away from all the activity, a nice haven to relax and rest. Wonderful breakfast, too!

Small and not crowded. Location is good.
The place has small rooms with tiny bathrooms and very small shower cubicle and lacks quietness. Beds were very hard and extremely uncomfortable stiff mattresses to sleep on. Spent a sleepless night. Food was minimum breakfast items and no one available to serve customers. Nearby construction make it hard to find the hotel and noisy.
