Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Zusatzwünsche incl. Zimmerwechsel wurden gerne erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Ausflüge aller Art perfekt. Ansonsten war unser Zimmer, die Verpflegung und die Hotelausstattung einem 3 Sterne Haus angemessen. Gruß auch an den Inhaber des Hotels, mit dem wir unterhaltsame Tischgespräche führen konnten.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf die schöne Landschaft. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, auch der Chef erkundigt sich regelmäßig persönlich bei seinen Gästen und gibt bei Bedarf Tipps für Unternehmungen.
Das Essen war hervorragend, morgens und am Abend!
Der Teppich im Zimmer roch schon etwas muffig, was man punktuell mitbekam.

Venligt og belevent personale. Søde, rare og behjælpelige. Altid - morgen middag og aften en venlig, deltagende eller kæk bemærkning fra ejeren Herbert Thaler.
Blev inviteret til seance på deres “Alm” med fin mad og værtens overraskende flotte og virtuose harpespil (= Harfe).
Blødkogte æg og mere rigtig skinke på morgen buffet - og mulighed for en kaffe på værelset.
DOG - en sød og opmærksom tjenerinde kogte mig dagligt to blødkogte æg - tak for det.
Fint køkken men OBS lukkede kl. 20 - husk det ved udflugter.

We had a nice room, clean bathroom, a fridge and a nice balcony.
Diner was oke and staff was friendly.
Small ski area, skibus and parking in front of the hotel.
Breakfast (till 9u30) was terrible. The eggs had no taste, not enough bread for all the guests, bad coffee, no fresh fruit, cereals were stale and not crispy. Every morning the same toppings.
There was a building site next to the hotel, so at 7hr already awake by the noise.
The bed for our daughter was not made up when we arrived. As it was a sofa-bed for one person it was not so comfortable.
Hotel could use a modernization, some parts were old and outdated.
