Having come from the UK I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room for one third the UK cost. Although only one star the Albergo is fresh and airy with excellent rooms equipped with both fan and aircon. The shower cubicle was a bit compact but plenty of hot water and a good shower head. Bonus of a small balcony facing away from main road so nice and quiet in the evening.
Roberto on reception a bit taciturn but didn't take much to get him smiling and talking. About a 500m walk to the historical centre with all the shops and restaurants.

Very close to village center with lots of restaurants and shops. No parking on property but free parking is available on adjacent streets.
Requires to take the car to reach the beach, but that was expected.
