rooms are gigantic, super clean, super comfortable, it’s conveniently placed next to the promenade where a lot of good restaurants are, there’s a guarded private parking. staff is very kind, been here twice.

Very large first floor, one bed flat, with 2 bathrooms 1 with shower other with shower over bath, large kichen/ diner. Large moroccan salon and small european seating area. Excellent aircon, but only in bedroom Convenient for the beach and Matabata..Small swimming pool available, nicely kept gardens.
Very noisy road near "moutain view" rooms. View was of car park and hotel next door. Kichten had just enough equipment, gas hob and electric oven/ grill and fridge/freezer but could have been cleaner.
Having said all this I would use it again at the right price.
