It was cozy and comfortable but a shame that theres no AC except for a fan in the room, but very central and easy to get transport to the tram and u bahn.
No central AC and some fridge problems but overall very good

The room was nice with a good shower. It was a small bit noisy with other room doors closing
The location was close to a very bad area were drugs were being sold. I felt somewhat uncomfortable in locations very close to the hotel as they were people sleeping in the doors and doing drugs
