We stayed for the first trip with our new born and the staff made the trip go as smooth and comfortable as possible, really outstanding customer service! Of course, the location and on food restaurant were outstanding as well.

the bed was comfortable. bathroom was big and clean. The complementary cake that was waiting for us in the room was amazing. better than everything we ate at the two stars restaurant in the hotel.
1. very old. should be renovated. feels outdated.
2. room service is super expensive and consists of dishes mostly taken from the Michelin star menu. Room service should be simple and satisfying food.
3. the air conditioning didn’t work. they fixed it in few hours.
4. the location is horrible. beside walking alongside the beautiful river, there’s really nothing to do.
