Location and the property.
Superb location.
Check out timings.
It should be at least 11:00 AM. Most of the guests are visiting Lord Jagannath temple in the morning. Guests should have at least one hour relaxing time before check out.

Very good experience. One suggestion is to add some arrangements for a birthday or anniversary celebration. Small ones, like a complimentary cake or decorations on the bed or with some charges: arrangement of candle night dinner, dinner by the seaside or on the wooden tower.
