The location is great! 10-15 min everywhere with a scooter. The view is exceptional! WOW!
We liked the room, it was clean, with a small kitchen, so it was possible to have breakfast in the hotel. As well as the small terrace!
The pool was very nice and the area where you could sit and enjoy the sunset as well.
What we especially find very convenient are the fresh towels we could take in the morning to the beach and return later!!
The workers were very nice and friendly! The grandmother even gave us the grapes from there own grape bushes, DELICIOUS!
Nothing really. It was quite hard to get fresh air inside, so the best way was to open the door for a little while. But there was air conditioning as well!

We loved Julio! The staff was all great and very accommodating. We were Villa 1 and the A/C was great. The pool was very nice and not ever crowded. Loved being able to borrow a beach umbrella to go to the beach. Loved the Nespresso maker and the hot water instant coffee option. Glad they kept us stocked with coffee and cream and sugar.
I wish the kitchen had a toaster and a pan to cook in. It had a hot plate but no way to cook anything. I was able to use the panini maker to make eggs but glad I had butter to keep them from sticking to much.

The staff were great, one even went above and beyond transporting us into town to collect our ATV. Our room was very spacious and the accommodation had a good pool and views out to the ocean.
Our heat pump leaked during our first night. Once we informed the staff they were very helpful and had it fixed straight away.

The architecture, landscape, pool and pool-area, and rooms were aesthetically pleasing. We received a bottle of drinkable water upon arriving and others as needed.
Staff were either unhelpful, unpleasant, or missing. When we arrived a little earlier than we originally planned, it put the place in quite a tizzy. There was no one at the almost non-existent reception window. A woman who said she was not with the villa helped locate the woman who cleaned the rooms. This second woman showed us into
a pleasingly decorated coastal room with an efficiency kitchen and small outdoor patio area. There was no one to help move our suitcases across the maze-like multilayered pathways with varying staircases in the 100 plus degree temperature. After 3 punishing trips we finally settled in to our new home for the next 4 days. A knock on the door interrupted this peaceful domestic interlude. It was the cleaning woman who had brought us to the room, clearly annoyed while on the phone trying to explain to us that a mistake was made. Unable to speak English, she handed me the phone with a woman who must have been Mina, of Villa Mina. Mina, clearly flustered that we arrived early at 2:30 explained we were in the wrong room.
Rather, she rushed to say we should be in an “economy” priced room. She kept emphasizing “economy” room to spoil the pretense of staying at a villa. When I offered to pay more so we could stay in this room she said it had been booked.
At that, the cleaning woman showed us to a different room with a
similar set-up. There was no offer to help us schlep (great Yiddish word) our stuff on this new distant pathway of more staircases. Not the cleaning woman’s fault. The property should have some accommodations for this on premises. After having unpacked somewhat, this second move was more than excruciating for two fresh from the airport, hungry, dehydrated non-hipsters. With each scrape of the knee from heavy luggage and more sweat than patience or strength, my vocabulary devolved to something my father would not be proud of, besides horrifying my also exhausted husband.
