Incredibly welcoming and accommodative - we arrived very late and they picked us up in town with our luggage (we did not request this - they insisted!). Staff were immensely helpful, friendly and caring - we would love to come and stay again. Strongly endorse you consider staying here!
Nothing - we had an excellent stay and the warmth of our experience was so strong that I cannot say any areas for improvement.

The family run chalet and location were fantastic! The staff were very helpful and informative and made you feel at home, the dinner and breakfast were very yummy and good value - all topped off with a breath taking mountain view. Very authentic experience!
A few more basic supplies should have been supplied in the room - such as shower gel and shampoo.
Also I think we booked the mountain view room, but got given the forest view room, which was nice but a bit dark and less wow.
