Place was very close to Andamanda Waterpark which is why we chose it, the rooms were fine for what we wanted, no frills.
Poor communication,we were delayed and tried to let hotel know but they never replied so it was stressful hoping that they were still open when we got there 3 hours after closing time in the middle of the night.

The balcony onto a neighbour's wild garden. Bananas and coffee and cookies (and water) for breakfast.
No English at reception. Quite a few misunderstandings.

Location is not the most convenient unless you have your own scooter/car. Staff were very helpful with organising taxis but as a potential guest, factor the cost of these journeys in when considering your stay!

Excellent quality-price ratio.
Very good location, especially for travellers who rents a motorbike or car: not far from Phuket Old Town, and all shopping malls are around.
The staff is very very friendly, nice and helpful.
We booked this hotel for only 5 nights at first, but extended our staying for another week.
Room was a bit old, but the hotel staff keep it clean;
WiFi wasn’t strong.

right on the highway to kata-patong,about 10kms from phuket intl airport with a pocket friendly n a good atmosphere altogether
no in dining room service so gotta rely on either foodpanda or grab for ur own food services

Nice place to stay. it's in the middle of the island, so you can go everywhere in 20-30 minutes. It's better if you have your own vehicle. The rooms are big, spacious, clean everyday, water refill, swimming pool at rooftop. Quite place. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The receptionist was very very friendly and professional.
The location, the pool, the disappointment when checking that the facilities had very little to do with the nice pictures posted.

way less pretty than I expected. staff not friendly or helpful. next to a very busy road so I had very little sleep, very noisy. staff kept asking me for my PCR even though I told them many times I did not come for test en go.

we booked this hotel because of the SHA+ option.
we arrived at night time without have eaten dinner and our phones didn’t work to order food and the guy at the desk was so helpful and ordered food for us as well as provided us with a charger, also the same for breakfast in the morning because we couldn’t leave the room until we have received the COVID test results. so friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
