The room was 4 star quality… I can not deny that fact, the finish was excellent and the lighting was perfect. The breakfast was nice, and the lady who serve red me was very friendly.
Where to start, the confusing notice on the front door, directing you to its sister building (across the road) was strange, the staff, unhelpful and two of whom where just downright unfriendly!!! no where to eat, every restaurant booked up and no onsite offers, went to bed hungry. The bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows had little to no stuffing in them… Finley location, I have never seen a more dirty, neglected town anywhere in Italy… I regret stating here.
