Man I spoke to was very courteous and kind. We provided our own breakfasts so can't comment on how the breakfast were like. We found it fairly simple to get to the places we needed to go to from our Unit. The electric kettle's lid wouldn't close...I was thanked for telling him about it and he replaced it immediately.
We have no complaints.

Close to bars
The heating was not sufficient for the room and the globes for the bathroom heating didn’t work also the shower is very small and cramped
