Stayed for two weeks, Amazing place, staff were very friendly, rooms were cleaned everyday, rooms were perfect, no complaints, breakfast daily was good. Instructors assisting with kite set up, launching and packing up is a game changer, this made my stay at Windtown very good
The place next door have a DJ and because of the wind in cumbuco the music travels down next door to wind town which makes the music even louder, non the less this was not a concern for me

La higiene impecable, la distancia óptima al centro, cerca pero sin estar al lado ya q en el centro hay mucho ruido.
La disposición del personal excelente. El desayuno es muy completo y rico.
El servicio para Kiters en la playa podría mejorarse. Los chicos son muy buenos. Podría agregarse servicio de armado y desarmado de kites de los clientes del hotel por ejemplo, como hay en otros lugares del nordeste.
En cuanto a los masajes son muy buenos en técnica pero los productos q utilizan no eran nada agradables. Un aceite feo.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is located right on the beach.
The air conditioner in our room wasn't very effective, the bed is pretty small as well. There also wasn't a TV in our room (.not sure if this is similar to all the other rooms. Generally you don't go to Cumbuco to watch TV but everything at the hotel closes by 2000 so not sure what you're expected to do unless you're in for an early bed time. We usually stay in Cumbuco every 6 weeks and for the price we paid there are better options in my opinion.
