A tue gem
Our best stay in Dubrovnik so far. Great private Family owned appartement, directly to a private beach. Private terras where you can lounge, eat, chill under a fig tree. Super friendly and very responsive host. Thank you Petar for everything.

Perfect for a couple who want a lovely stay outside touristic Dubrovnik.
Lovely family owned Place, direct access to the sea. The entire family treated us as friends and supplied us with fruits and tiny presents throughout the entire stay and even offered us free rides to the market. Owner offering a lot of activities, even organizing them. Dinner on terrace is top noche!

Perfect stay
Exellent stay, the location is perfect. Private beach, private terace. Peter gave us recommendations where to go, where to eat. We will go back here next time

Wow! We loved this place.
This is such an awesome place to stay. very comfortable, amazing hosts and great location. wake up in the morning and jump straight in to the sea. we highly recommend Sea of Eden. looking forward to coming back.

Loved it
Very friendly owner, most helpful in giving information about Dubrovnik and even offered us transport in and out of the city. The sights on the terras are amazing, the apartment is perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow
Views from terrace were amazing. Lovely friendly hosts. Ease of access to town with daily buses. Nice restaurants in town. Loved every minute of it. Although the apartment was small, it was practical and who spends time in the apartment anyway! Lovely to watch the comings and goings of the cruise liners. Well worth a boat trip to see some of the islands😊
No negatives of property, but would've been handy if the local restaurant hadn't have been closed for end of season.

Peaceful Location with fantastic views
The location is fantastic with sea views, and views of the nearby islands Lots of cruise boats use the channel and pass by The host is very accommodating and extremely helpful with your holiday plans The location is also on a bus route such if you don't have transport it is easy to travel to the old town for 15k

Amazing veranda with exceptional views.
When visiting this location finding a place outside the city which is peaceful but close to everything with amazing views and great host this place is what your looking for. The unit is not 5 star but the location and host make it a fantastic place to stay while exploring the city. Petar is a fantastic host with so much time to help the guests. He gives great reviews on fantastic places to see and where to eat and even a day trip which we enjoyed so much. The veranda is the best place to get up in the morning and sit down and enjoy your coffee and then at sunset to again just enjoy the view. The bed was very comfortable and big, the bathroom has everything you need and the kitchen is small but usefull. Easy location to many sites to see and value for money. Would have no trouble recommending this place as enjoyable stay. Thank you Petar.
