Excellent apartment!
Location is perfect, close to public transport, restaurants, supermarket, cable car, everything.
Apartment itself is spacious, with beautiful view of the mountains, spotlessly clean and equiped with anything you need for a long or short vacation. I specifically like that there is even a washing machine which is rare for Stubai apartments.
Check-in/out process was easy and smooth and owners were accessible, responsibe and helpful.
One more excellent geature is that this apartment comes with Stubai Super Card which is an incredible generous free valley transportation and cables cars (!!!!) pass.
Stubai is a wonderful vacation destination, we will be back!
The apartment is highly recommend!
Summers in Europe are getting warmer, even in the mountains.
It would be nice if apartment had ventilators to cope with the heat.
But this is really a minor comment, as this is an outstanding apartment!

Die Lage ist top, 3 Balkone und viel Platz im Wohnbereich, gemütlich eingerichtet. Grundsätzlich hat die Wohnung eine sehr gute Ausstattung.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und die schnelle Abwicklung von Anfragen und Problemen war super
Man muss wissen, dass das Appartement eigentlich eher für Familien mit Kind/Kindern gedacht ist (ein Zimmer/Bett ist nicht für Erwachsene geeignet und das eigentliche Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad) als für 4 Erwachsene.
Es gab einige Mängel: der Kaffeevollautomat machte ständig Probleme, die Handbrause an der Badewanne ließ sich nicht nutzen, der Duschschlauch war defekt, es gab zu wenig Gläser

Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren super und wurden nur noch durch die Mega Sauberkeit übertroffen. Einfach herrlich, wenn man das Geschirr direkt aus dem Schrank benutzen mag und sich dabei erwischt, dass man nicht mal Hemmungen hatte, heruntergefallene Lebensmittel vom Boden zu essen😉
