Large comfortable room and excellent air conditioning, unlike many hotels in Lille, which was certainly appreciated in the middle of the heat wave!
Laundry service: I wrote up the laundry form, gave it to reception in the morning and two days later asked when it was coming back and they told me it had not been picked up!!!!

Room was ok. Aircon not working.
I have stayed in over 250 hotels. I was very disappointed in the hotel as was charged for parking and also for extra charges. It stated in my booking that all charges are included.
