Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist. Comfortable beds. Nice hot shower. Tea making facilities in the room. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good.
The car park was small. The communal kitchen and dining area in the evening were taken over by the smell of what other people were cooking (not necessarily pleasant).

Location
Staff were curt and unhelpful. They seemed as though their job there was a chore and couldn’t wait to see the back of guests. I’ve stayed here many times and never had a negative experience so that might have made this all the more apparent.
Beds are so hard and uncomfortable that they’ll cause you back pain.

"Beautiful location and just 4mins off the Wicklow Way. Old fashioned but very comfortable and homely bedroom. Super peaceful night sleep. Staff so kind, helpful and friendly."
