The hotel is located in a quiet area partly ovelooking Pješčana uvala. The beach is easily reached on foot.
Our room was spacious with big balcony and a fine view. Hotel offers free parking within closed parking lot.
We were amazed by overall cleanliness of the property and foremost by hospitality of the host.
Breakfast was delicious and we liked small bites carefully prepared by the staff.
Since this is a small hotel one should not expect a huge variety of food and drinks. One would wish having breakfast outdoors but we learned that seagulls have become aggressive even having attacked the guests sitting outside.

This was my first ever solo trip, after plenty of research and arguing with myself on if I could do a trip alone, I decided on a 4 day break to Croatia and thankfully chose Boutique Hotel Oasi.
From the moment I reached out to the hotel, Katarina was nothing but amazing. I met her on my arrival, she showed me around and made me feel instantly at home.
Breakfast was amazing, the homemade selection made by Katarina herself were something else.
I am not a dessert person but you have to try her cheesecake, still thinking about it now :)
The location is perfect, restaurants and beach within walking distance and Pula is just a 10 minute taxi drive away.
A beautiful, personal hotel ran by a truly humble, genuine person.
Katarina, thank you so much, I had the best time. I will be back next year 💕

A beautifully maintained hotel in a charming location. Even if you are travelling for work, you immediately get a real holiday feeling. The property is run by a strong, highly competent woman who clearly knows her business and takes great care of every detail. A very pleasant stay.
