A great apartment with fantastic hosts- wonderful stay in Dubrovnik

Fantastic apartment - very spacious and clean. The apartment was well furnished and provided everything we could possibly need from washing machine, kettle, all the cutlery and pans you could need, TV etc. The terrace was an added bonus with wonderful views of Dubrovnik (and sunset!). There are some decent takeaways nearby that deliver for free and affordable (use Wolt) - nice to eat out on the terrace once in a while. The apartment is also about 18 minutes away from Old Town and two beaches. Sanj beach is about 26 minutes by walking. The hosts - Dominic and his family- were very friendly and always keen to help! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik.

As the hotel is on a hill be prepared to walk up and down many steps! It’s a good idea to walk to Old Town and take a taxi back (5-6 euros but can go up to 10 euros during peak hours).

Doesn't deliver what promised in offering. Don't trust the photos they put on booking.com!

It was clean and enough space for us.

The pictures on booking.com don't represent the apartment. They used the photos of their nicest apartment. This shows a nice terrace with beautiful view over Dubrovnik. In fact they have several apartments which are not the same. Our apartment didnt have a terrace at all, as shown on the pictures. When we complained to staff that our apartment doesn't look like the offering on booking.com their staff only replied that we can have our money back and then we can look for another place - good luck, he added. No customer service here.

Good value family stay in Dubrovnik

Friendly and helpful owner, walking distance to old town and return via bus with close bus stop, beds and mattrasses were good quality as well, beautiful view on the city and the sea

Reasonable walking distance to Old Town but unknown are 100+ stairs to go down to Old Town and up again to the property.

The beds were worn most uncomfortable as one could literally feel the springs in the mattresses.

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable apartment located at 20 mins walk from the old town.

The view was spectacular, easy parking for the mini van (8 seater) that we were using. Host were helpful. Overall good experience

Easy access from the main street. Big apartment with a side view of the sea and parking spaces. Although it's close to the main street it's very quiet.

Need improvement

Convinient location for 1 night stay to continue the journey with free parking spot on the main road. Good size of the apartment with nice shower bathroom.

No soundproofing we where hearing all night someone talking to his/her sleep, snoring etc. It was spooky night experience. Outdated fernitures. No TV 's in the rooms just a TV to the kitchen area.

Well worth it

Great parking spot off the main road with only about 1 flight of stairs down to the apartment, and an easy key pickup. This apartment had a beautiful view from the small balcony and was so comfortable, we actually gave ourselves a break from all the stairs and just relaxed inside one day. If it was a bit warmer, sitting on the balcony watching the sunset with a drink or two would be amazing!

Nice visit in Dubrovnik

Great location when you are good by foot. Great view over Dubrovnik. Parking spot next to apartment.

Mold in the bathroom. Heating unit bathroom not working.

Exceptional

Very large apartment, a bit away from old town but it accommodated our rental car. We walked each day to old town then took the bus back and it dropped us off right across the street of our rental.

It was a bit far to town however we knew that before booking. GPS took us down the incorrect road however the host was kind enough to personally maneuver our car to the proper parking spot.

Loads of stairs but was worth it!

The flat had plently of room, WiFi was great, they supplied toiletries which was very useful. They even had directions for nearest shops and also the quickest way to get to the old town. Outside the flat there was a sign showing where it was, which is so much help considering a lot buildings look very similar. The staff were nice and friendly. The views from the patio where also amazing.

Not a lot of natural light so it felt dark most of the time. The mattress wasn't the best but I just put more blankets to improve that. The shower wasn't very powerful.

Nice apartment with comfortable beds (4 x 1 person bed). We could park the car close to the apartment, everything was clean. Possibility to sit outside on the terrace.

The location is not bad but be aware the walk back from the city is not that easy (a lot of stairs, uphill). Better to take the bus/a taxi on the way back. Walking to town is no issue.

Comfortable but kitchen was disappointing

But comfy and no major real issues. We could walk DOWN into the city and then took and Uber back up the hill (cheaper and easier than trying to park closer)

Felt slightly grubby in the kitchen. It smelt like someone had perhaps smoked in the apartment before. But comfy and no real issues. Struggled to get the hob to work at all and no oven.

Nick place to stay for a citytrip to Dubrovnix. Close to the main road. So easy acces by car!

A lot of stairs if you go on foot to the old city. But whe know that in avdvance.

Great view but location could be better!

A spectacular view from tbe balcony and air conditioning were the best points to this property.

There were a lot of steps to navigate to go to the supermarket & to the old city! The bathroom could do with some updating particularly the shower in the bath. Taxis were generally unsure of the location.

beautiful, comfortable, spacious but not within walking distance to anything

brand new white and crisp and spacious. Well decorated. kitchen was adequate with large table for four. Apartment had washing machine and drying rack outside on the balcony. Private parking off main road!!!!

incredible amount of steps and not within walking distance for any reasonable person. it took me 30 min to walk uphill and 350 steps from closest beach. 45min walk all uphill and steps from old town. I wish there was a bus map and schedule posted on a wall because a person must take bus to get anywhere. My 68 year old mother nearly died walking. Google maps lies (doesn’t understand which age drivable roads abs which are alleys with steps)
