Room was clean, had a balcony, large size room and great bathroom. Hotel was well located, and the staff friendly both at checkin and checkout.

The breakfast was not included. The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The food and beverages were good.
There was not a secure place to store our luggage until check-in time, and the lobby was overcrowded because of the luggage which was in the way and hard to avoid.

Mouldy bathroom, towels were the size of postage stamps
Over priced for a premier inn but welcome to Dubrovnik
