We had a queen room with balcony. It was located at the rear of the property and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, there was a 2-person settee and 2 dining chairs. We had a kitchen sink with microwave etc. the room opened at the rear to a balcony with view to a pond and garden.
No complaints at all.

The location was good. Warm room and comfortable bed. Nice back patio to sit on.
Expensive for what it was. It could have been cleaner.
