The young girl who checked us in was lovely, very kind and helpful. The ship is beautiful, it has all you need for a lovely unique stay in Amsterdam.
The asian lady who does the breakfasts was very rude when the other staff weren't about. She tutts and huffs if you ask her a question. She is polite if othwr staff are in the room. The stay would have been perfect otherwise.
