The location is excellent. So close to the beach and just opposite of the entrance is a family run street food business with some of the best food in the area. They are locals, living there for generations. I think that I have become addicted to their Tom Yum. The beach is beautiful. The pool is nice and there was always a free place to lie during our stay. And btw, there is a small exchange service on the beach which has better rates than at the airport and even better than mastercard, I think. Take some cash with you - $/€/...
The apartment is well equipped but needs maintenance (e.g. shower, chair). When combined with 20000 Baht deposit, it made me a bit too nervous. But in the end it was OK. No extra charges.

The location is great just across the street from a beautiful beach. Very spacious apartment. Nice pool and quiet surroundings.

Staffs are friendly and helpful :) The apartment is nice and quiet, same as the picture.
Many tasty street food nearby, nice restaurants too. Beach just walk across the street, the water is clear. The sunset is gorgeous, I could sit there for hours
Few equipments are old and a bit broken, need to use very carefully.
