Very good

We absolutely loved our stay at Kahlua hotel. The location was fantastic and in walking distance to everything. The best part was the housekeeping, fresh towels and fixing of the beds everyday. Our room was clean and great for our family. Check in and check out was quick and easy We would definately stay again

I would like to have light walls,... white new beautiful curtains, new furniture, tables and chairs.

I like the bathroom, but only the door of the shower cabin squeaks cruelly when it closes

No sunny balcony, old furniture, dark room, dirty windows and mirrors, old gas stove

I had a relaxing week's holiday in a friendly environment.

Very good location in the center of the city. Everything can be reached on foot: bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. Studios with nice bathroom and possibility to prepare your own food. Good refrigerator and kettle. Family atmosphere gives a good holiday feeling.

Disappointing

Location is great although with no soundproofing it's also quite noisy, even at night. The lady that co-run the place and the cleaning lady were very friendly.

We were frequently visited by the hordes of ants that invaded our food, luggage, towels, etc.. The staff did their best to clean the place regularly but the ants kept coming back. What's more, the bathroom was all the time flooded due to malfunctioning water drain. My partner slipped on one occasion, fortunately without any serious consequences. Once, after 3 days, I inquired when can we expect some cleaning as we're got loads of dirty plates and no way to clean them. Rather than apologize and promise some solution, arrogant hotel manager made it sound like it was our fault as we didn't bring a sponge and cleaning liquid with us - apparently that's what all their guest do (as I was told) so make sure you pack up a set if you decide to book with them! Overall, place needs some serious renovation and I wouldn't recommend it, especially for w longer stay.

Adequate, but not "nice", family-owned establishment that could use a bit of work and attention.

Convenient new town location and directly on top of a grocery store for ease of everyday purchases.

Shower door wasn't working and could not be fixed, and some lighting was difficult to turn on or didn't work. Had thought that parking was inclusive, but had to park in a public spot an inconvenient 15 minute walk away.

Exactly what you pay for

It was exactly what you paid for. The beds were comfortable, and people are very nice and smiling all the time. There is AC in the room but you need to pay extra to use it.

The bathroom in the room with the fake garden was not very good. The shower didn't have a curtain, so the water was everywhere whenever you turn the water on, there was no soap (but bath gel), and some of the towels (2 out of approx 30 towels we used) were not properly clean. There is AC in the room but you need to pay extra to use it.

We probably got the worst appartment because it didn’t look anything like the pictures. It was very outdated and bathroo

The host was very nice, gave us all the information we needed. The location is great, near the old town, 15 min walk and also there is a lot of restaurants and bars around. The beds were comfortable.

The fact that it didn’t look like in the photos, the bathroom was outdated and smelled of humidity with no windows. Also our appartment was in a basement with only one window/door leading to a small backyard, which is overlooked by the other guests from the terraces from the appartments above and we had to have the drapes on the whole time so people don’t look in the appartment. There was not enough natural light and the whole appartment was very outdated. The kitchen looked clean but had a weird smell, but we couldn’t use anything because there wasn’t dishwashing liquid or the soap.

Exceptional

We were pleased to stay in Kahlua. The apartment had everything you need. Beds were super comfy and double pillows made us sleep like babies. There's a small cute kitchen, separate bedroom, 2 balconies and what I enjoyed the most - a bathtub. Room was clean and comfy. Location was great, even we had a car, we preferred to walk, as everything was in a walking distance - restaurants, coffee shops, Elli beach and massage. Very nice value of money. Recommend to everyone. Thanks Kahlua for a quiet stay!

Weekend in Rhodes on the way back to UK, perfect for exploring the town

Great simple stay in central location

The apartment was simple, but cozy and comfy. The staff was very friendly, made sure I feel comfortable and helped me with getting the taxi to the airport. Location is spot on for those who like to go for a swim within 10 minutes and also live in the center of the buzz.

Family vacation

Mrs.Maria is very kind,positive and helpful woman. Immediately when we came, she was there and we could get apartment earlier. Accomodation is approx.10min from beach and apart. was very clean and each day we got new towels and beds. Also a big kitchen with a big fridge. Mrs.Maria is helpful with taxi and with rent a car as well! Surely we want to be back :-) Thank you very much for your hospitality! Katarina

Once you will think about to visit Rhodes - Try&Enjoy Kahlua

Warm greetings from the owners, silence in the property and equipment. The area is near to the Rhodes Castle as well as to Elli Beach so we were able to walk around. We are going to return back. Simply Fantastic base for the trips around Rhodes Town. Also we enjoyed dinners at Silver Wolve restaurant near to the hotel. Their Greek Meze were fantastic. Simply - We are looking forward to return back.

We enjoyed the place, the owners are really nice people, the location is great - We did not even think about any negatives. All the equipment was functional. Why to complain?
